The task of pond farms
The task of pond farms is having to establish their own broodstock herbivorous fish (grass carp and silver carps), which will allow fish farmers to get in the feeding ponds of a productive polyculture, i.e. fish communities from different fish species, different kind of power. It will ensure rational use of the forage reserve of ponds. The widespread cultivation of common carp with phytophagous fishes under intensive keeping of fish-breeding process (double feeding of fishes, optimum planting densities, etc.) in conditions of Chu valley can ensure the productivity of fattening ponds in the range of 20 — 25 kg/ha.
The culture of pond fish culture requires the creation of ponds favourable conditions for fish life. First of all, in the ponds the water should be clean with good gas mode and the box bottom is moderately overgrown with vegetation and heavily silted. Unacceptable clogging of ponds to target small fish (Amur chebachok, eleotris, loaches, etc.), eating food, competing with farmed fish. In the Chui valley there are a lot of inconvenient land. which can usefully be used for the construction of state and collective farm ponds. The development of collective and state farms pond farming is a critical challenge in scaling up fish farming operations in the country.
Unfortunately, Kyrgyzstan has not yet received razvitiya progressive form of development of fisheries as an organization sadkovich commercial farms. The basis for the development of cage fish farming on an industrial scale can be a reservoir, the water area which can be used for feeding fish, and to create sadkovich floating fish farms.
For the intensification and expansion of fish farms in the Republic of the necessity to create powerful zonal Chu valley fish hatchery for the breeding of stocking material is fry of common carp, grass carp, carp and other valuable fish species. The presence of such a fish-breeding center would greatly facilitate the solution of problems of production in the volumes required stocking material and greatly stimulated the development of collective and state farms and cooperative farming.
